This is a Character Mascot Design for the Blank Street Coffee where an anthropomorphic Pigeon named Brew (Named after Cold Brew) where he promotes Freshly Organic Made Coffee, Tea, Water, Juice, Pastries, Sandwiches, Egg Mini Bites, has a Brooklyn Accent, Vocal, and Bold to promote Advertisement Blank Street Coffee and many more.
Because of Blank Street Coffee's Origins in the 5x10 Coffee Cart nested in the Garden of Wythe Diner in Brooklyn, New York. Pigeons are mostly everywhere in Brooklyn, and other 4 boroughs of New York City. This brought an idea to design a Pigeon Barista who would provide free samples for cafe lovers to try and invite them to Blank Street Coffee if you Believe in Coffee Rituals.
